Passion for Travelling

Everyone has a passion of some kind. For some it's basketball or football, maybe your passion is skiing, scrapbooking or it might even be Thor. I have a  passion for travelling. There is something so wondrously amazing about travelling. The sense of leaving, going someplace new, seeing things you have never seen before, meeting new people and ultimately being able to become someone anew. 

My passion for travelling started a couple of years ago. It started with me yearning to leave my small town. Then it spread like a disease, until I became a travelling fanatic. Before I just wanted to go couple of countries the big tourist countries, Greece, Italy and Ireland. Now I want to go everywhere, and anywhere. I want explore, see what places have to offer. I want to experience new things.

I've met too many people who have never travelled anywhere, either were unable to or to scared to leave their comfort zones.  I think we forget to appreciate the beauty that the earth truly is. Travelling opens our eyes to all of what the world has to offer. When I'm old and gray, I don't want to look back on my life full of regret, because of the things I never did or never saw.

I've lived in the same town and same house my entire life. I don't want to be like many and never leave. I want to wander, to explore, and ultimately live while I can.
